Description

Ericsson, Swedish provider of telecommunications equipment, is to cut 374 jobs at its Italian sites by the end of 2012. In particular, 94 job cuts will be affected at a new site located in the province of Genoa.

The trade unions have requested the involvement of local and national authorities in order to avoid the dismissals procedures.
