Domestic and General, an appliance call centre firm, will create 250 new call centre jobs in Nottingham. The firm will hire 90 full time and 160 contract workers who will be mainly handling queries from people buying appliances.
New people are to be hired in July and August to train them in time for high call centre demand pre-christmas.
