Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
IT consultancy company Steria has announced its plan to recruit 120 new employees in 2012. The workforce, mainly engineers, will be recruited at its site in Nantes.
Founded in 1969, Steria provides consulting services for its clients' core business processes, and develops and operates their information systems. The company has 20,000 employees working in 16 countries. It is listed on the Euronext Paris market.
