Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

German Phoenix Solar has announced a restructuring programme affecting 179 employees. Phoenix Solar's domestic workforce will be cut to 130 employees and the company's total staff will be reduced from 409 to 230 employees worldwide.
