Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Biovet AD, a subsidiary of Huvepharma SA announced plans to hire 220 new employees at its new plant in Razgrad, Bulgaria. The new staff will be employed by the end of 2012. The company is looking for highly qualified specialists (biologists, chemists, engineers and others).
Biovet AD is a manufacturer of biotechnological and pharmaceutical products sold in 70 countries. Over 98% of its production is for export. The company currently employs 1,700 highly qualified workers.
The main shareholder of Biovet is the multinational company Huverpharma AD specialized in manufacturing and marketing of active pharmaceutical ingredients, veterinary products and animal feed activities. Manufacturing plants and research centres are based in Europe and the USA.
