Description
Solarpro, a company specializing in photovoltaic manufacturing and production, announced plans to close its plant in Silistra and cut 156 jobs over the next three months. The company representatives blame low prices for electricity from solar installations for this decision. The affected workers will be dismissed and there is no possibility for relocation.
Solarpro Holding is a Bulgarian producer of photovoltaic cells and modules. The company also provides EPC as well as operation and maintenance services for solar power plants.
