Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
A French subsidiary of a Danish company Grundfos, specializing in the manufacturing of heating pumps, has made substantial investments in its site in Longeville-lès-Saint-Avold to adapt its products to new European environmental standards. The new production system will entail the creation of 150 jobs.
The company is currently proceeding with the recruitment process and it is reported that more than one third of the positions are already filled in.
The Grundfos Group employs 900 employees in France, including 700 in Moselle.
