The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
As announced on 10 May 2012, German telecommunications company NextiraOne will cut 300 of 750 jobs in Germany. This is part of NextiraOne's cost reduction plan.
On 23 April, NextiraOne filed for insolvency. The company's plan includes the downsizing of administrative functions and various other measures.
