The Co-operative Group, a consumer cooperative active in diverse business areas, has announced that it is to create 3,000 new jobs by expanding its legal services portfolio over the next five years. The expansion will kick-off with the set up of a family law operation in London in 2012.
The jobs will be based in Co-operative Legal Services and will primarily be in consumer and family law. Ninty percent of the roles are expected to be in legal functions, with ten percent going to support staff.
