European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
As announced on 25 May 2012, Odersun, a manufacturer of solar panels, will be closed and 260 jobs will be cut. Odersun filed for insolvency in March 2012. The insolvency is due to weak sales and current severe problems to find investors for the solar industry.
