Description

On 3 April 2012, a multinational financial services corporation Citigroup opened its Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) centre in Łódź, Poland, hiring 150 people.

The company announced plans to develop the centre and create hundreds of jobs, but the exact timing and details are yet to be announced. The centre provides IT services and other back-office services for the Citi's units all over the world.

Citigroup located its R&D centre in Łódź in 2011.
