Food processing firm Youngs Seafood has announced that it is to create 321 jobs as it expands food production at its Grimsby site.
The company which previously announced the closure of a site in Norfolk with the loss of 109 jobs (see related fact sheet), and the possible closure of sites in Cumbria, said that staff to be made redundant would get priority for the 321 jobs.
The company announced consolidation of its operations following a 90-day consultation period across the group.
