Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
A Romanian provider of software solutions Arobs Transilvania Software announced its plans to hire 109 new employees by the end of 2012. The vacancies are for specialists in software development, business acquisitions and logistics.
Currently the company employs 291 people and aims to reach a total workforce of 400 staff by the end of the year. In addition to the Romanian office, the company has another three branches in Budapest, Chisinau and San Diego.
