On 10 May 2012, the call centre company Armatis has announced its plan to create over 100 jobs in its site of Caen (Calvados) in 2012.
The site specializes in customer relations and currently employs a workforce of 700 employees. The management wants to recruit 100 new call centre agents and several managers to work in Caen.
