Description
IT service provider Wincor Nixdorf will reduce its staff by 500 employees. Half of the jobs will be lost in Germany, while the other 250 jobs will be lost in other European countries.
To strengthen its competitiveness, Wincor Nixdorf will e.g. bundle management, support and administrative functions for several countries.
As Wincor Nixdorf expects a larger turnover in growth regions like Asia and the Pacific region and in its Software/Services division, the total number of jobs lost in the company could be fewer worldwide.
