Description
Computer services firm Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) has announced that it plans to cut 640 jobs across the UK. The company announced that the job cuts relate to changes in the organisation and in customers' demands.
Unite, the trade union representing workers said that it was disappointed at the move which it says brings the total number of redundancies at the firm to 1,100 since February.
The company started formal 90-day consultations with the unions.
