Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
In March, the hospital centre (CHU) of Limoges has started the recruitment of 101 employees (53 nurses and 48 carers), which is planned to be completed by the end of 2012. The hospital recruitment process is based on an advertising campaign and organised events such as exhibitions, meetings or evening recruitments.
Currently CHU of Limoges employs the total of 7,061 persons.
