Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

IAC will soon hire up to 200 employees in Färgelanda and Skara in Sweden. The reason is that they recently signed a contract with a company in the heavy vehicle industry. The recruitment will start soon and the board have announced their plan to hire 100-200 employees. In 2011, the company had to give notices to 200 workers after experiencing declining orders from Saab Automobile, their by that time largest client. Now the company is growing again.
