Description
Pharma Westen, a subsidiary of Danish Orifarm specialised in the retailing of pharmaceutical products, will close its packaging plant at Leverkusen, Germany, and move operations to the Czech Republic. 527 persons will lose their jobs by the 31 October.
Most of the workers (496 people) hold a contingent part-time contract (mini-job), 31 people affected work full time.
