European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 19 April, ferry company Scandlines resulting from the merger of the national German and Danish ferry companies announced that it is to cut five to eight percent of its staff of 2,200 in the coming three years. About 175 jobs may be affected.
