Description
BAE Systems Hägglund, a manufacturer of military vehicles, will cut 180 jobs in Örnsköldsvik (Sweden). The management of the British-owned company states that the layoffs are due to the fall in orders since many countries are postponing their major investments and a consequent decline of profitability.
The 180 redundant workers will leave the company in October 2012.
