Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
IT consultancy Serma Technologies has announced to recruit 100 employees by the end of 2012. The new posts will be for IT experts. The business expansion results from the acquisition of the Group GLB which owns HCM and SYSTREL companies. This will allow the group to develop in microelectronics dedicated to niche markets.
Serma develops a wide range of services from electronic components to IT systems. Created in 1991, the company has a turnover of 63,5 million euro and employs 700 employees (mainly engineers).
