Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
On 2 April 2012, call centre company CCA International (3,000 employees in France) announced to recruit 150 employees (on permanent contract and short-term contract) by the end of May 2012. The new positions concern sales, media and telecommunications and will be based in Jaunay-Clan and Chasseneuil.
The company, created in 1994, has build partnerships with the university of Poitiers and the education centre Greta de Carmaux on diploma and internship programmes which combine study time and work placements.
CCA International currently operates eight call centres in France.
