On 3 April 2012, call centre company Call Expert has announced to open its seventh site in France, in Roubaix (Nord) and create 200 new jobs by 2014. The site will open in June. Call Expert was created in 2001 and is specialized in customer relations. Its turnover was close to 20 million euro in 2011.
