Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Supermarket chain Grupo Olé has applied for a redundancy procedure affecting 101 employees in Almería, Granada and Murcia. The company will pay a compensation for dismissal equal to 20 days per year worked. The company has blamed the decision on economic causes and, in particular, a drop in turnover since 2008.
