Description
Free Mobile has opened a call centre in Colombes (Hauts-de-Seine) where 800 customer advisers will be hired. As of December 2011, there is no precise information on the timeline for the job creation. Free Mobile has also recently opened a call centre in Vitry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne), which will have up to 700 staff (see FS 18630).
The company has another four existing call centres (in Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille and Casablanca) and its total workforce is about 4,000 employees. The management stated that the company will not outsource any of its customer relations activity.
