Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Hewlett Packard's (HP) branch in Leon (Spain) has announced that it plans to create 25 jobs by the end of 2012 and another 100 within the next one and a half years. This will bring the employment numbers from currently 375 to 500. The new jobs will be created in the banking, printing and telecoms divisions.
