European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The food cooperative group Euralis is to restructure its food division. The move entails the loss of 110 jobs and the closure of four sites in France, including two sites in Côtes-d'Armor. The restructuring is due to the decrease of operating income from food as well as an increase in the costs of raw materials.
As of February 2012, there is no information on the timeline of the job cuts.
