European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Restaurant and bar group Living Ventures has announced plans to open 8 outlets in 2012 creating up to 400 new jobs. Jobs will be created in Liverpool, Leeds and Manchester. The move was attributed to customers' strong demand for dining out despite the economic climate. Funding was partly sought by Lloyds Bank.
Living Ventures is continuously expanding is business; it has opened 7 new outlets in the UK in 2011.
