The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
UK airline British Airways has announced that it is to create 400 new jobs in 2012, half the number it initially intended. According to media reports, the company had hoped to create 800 jobs before the government announced its plans to increase passenger duty.
