Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Japanese Yazaki Component Technology, manufacturer of parts and accessories for the automotive industry, announced the intention to hire 100 people for its Arad factory in 2012. The new jobs are for maintenance technicians, design engineers and administrative positions.
This is the result of an investment of 5 Million Euros for business expansion.
At present, Yazaki has approximately 1,000 employees on the Arad site.
