Description
GoExcellent, which provides call center services, has announced redundancies of up to 200 employees from six locations in Finland. The company is starting mandatory negotiations with employee representatives on the cuts. A timeline for the restructuring has yet to be made available.
According to GoExcellent, the company will lose a customer account, which influences the amount of work it can offer. The company has six units in Finland and job cuts are possible in all locations.
GoExcellent is the largest provider of contact center services in Finland and employs around 1,200 people.
