Hungarian-owned Happy Chocolates, a manufacturer of confectionary, has announced the hiring of 100 new employees at its newly developed "sweets" industrial park in Úri.
The investment, which includes a production hall, office buildings, an incubation house for research activities and a logistics base, was realized with EU support. From mid-2012 onwards, the company is expected to produce 50 tons of high quality chocolate. After one successful year of operation the company predicts almost HUF one billion (EUR 1 million) income for 2012.
