Genpact Romania, global business process and technology management company, announced the intention to hire 400 persons in 2012 for the service centres located at Bucharest (Bucharest region) and Cluj Napoca (Cluj county, North-West region).

The new jobs are especially for economics graduates with foreign language skills.
