Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The company of Clarebout, specialized in the production of pre-fried and frozen potato products, will create between 120 and 150 jobs in Belgium. This is due to an extension of its existing plant.
The local council of Comines-Warneton has accepted the expansion project of the company. This means that Clarebout will install three new treatment lines and build a storage hall. The business expansion could create between 120 and 150 jobs in this small company of 106 workers.
It is reported that the jobs will be created until the end of the year.
