The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 18 January 2012, Danish mortgage provider and bank Nykredit announced that 125 employees will be made redundant due to internal restructuring.
In a first step Nykredit will cut 75 jobs and over the coming months a further 50 people will be made redundant. Exact information on the timeline of the restructuring has yet to be provided.
Nykredit employs about 4,000 people.
