Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Főkefe Rehabilitációs Ipari Nonprofit Ltd's annual plan targets to create 240 workplaces in Szeged (HU333), Komló (HU231), Tiszafüred (HU322), Dabas (HU102) and Körmend (HU222) until the end of 2011.
As part of this plan, as announced on November, 17th 2011, the company plans to open its new brush factory in Szeged with 10 employees with disabilities out of the total 18 new hired.
The state-owned Főkefe employs around 4000 employees at its 76 units all over the country and has a turnover of yearly HUF 5 billion (EUR 16 million). Around 90 % of the employees are people with disabilities.
