Malaguti, one of the oldest Italian motorbikes makers, is to close with the consequent loss of 170 jobs. After two years of Wage Guarantee Fund schemes, the company has stopped the production of motorbikes from the 1st of November 2011. Consequently the company has started the procedures for collective dismissals (and mobility allowances). Moreover Malaguti has defined some economic incentives for voluntary dismissals.
The Malaguti plant is located at Castel San Pietro Terme, in the province of Bologna.
