Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The steel manufacture enterprise Nervacero will apply for a Redundancy Procedure affecting 56 employees (14% of its entire workforce). Negotiations with the employee's representatives are still in course. According to the enterprise, some pre-agreements have already been achieved relating to early-retirement and outsourcing plans.
