Outokumpu Stainless Steel, a Finnish supplier and manufacturer of stainless steel products, will cut approximately 325 jobs in Sweden due to internal restructuring. The internal restructuring process will affect 230 jobs in Avesta and 95 jobs in Långshyttan.
Outokumpu Stainless Tubular Products AB, a subsidarity of Outokumpu Stainless Steel, recently announced that they will also close its factory in Torshälla in Sweden where 100 jobs will be cut (18916).
