Description
The oil refinery Plama in Bulgaria's northern city of Pleven is going to reopen in December 2011 creating 200 jobs. Plama will produce mainly lubricants, while fuels will be a side production.
The refinery will initially employ 200 petrochemists, but is set out to create 500 to 600 jobs in the coming years.
