Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Sogeti, a Capgemini's subsidiary specialised in IT engineering and services, plans to recruit 1,500 people in 2011, including 900 in the Paris region, with 60% of the jobs for experienced candidates, and the rest for junior roles.
The positions include IT designers and developers, administrators and systems engineers, network security staff, project managers, and IT consultants. The company organised speed-recruiting as part of its recruitment process.
Sogetin has 20,000 employees worldwide for a turnover of 1,5 billions euro (475 millions euro only in France).
