Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

The Spanish subsidiary of Teleperformance Group is planning to introduce a redundancy package that will affect 245 employees from its premises in Sevilla. The Redundancy programme has already been agreed upon with the unions. Accordingly, the workers will receive a compensation of 45 days per each year worked at the enterprise.
