Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Tate & Lyle, a British-based multinational agribusiness enterprise, announced plans to hire 180 people at the global accounting and administrative service centre in Łódź. The centre will provide IT, finance and accounting, as well as other backoffice services for the company. Tate & Lyle is a global company in the agricultural products sector with 30 factories and 5,700 employees around the world.
