European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 15 July 2011, real estate agency Swedbank Fastighetsbyrå announced the intention to hire 400 estate agents during 2011. The total job creation includes the 225 estate agents that have already been hired during the first part of 2011.
Swedbank Fastighetsbyrå is a subsidiary of the larger group Swedbank. It currently employs 1,300 employees across 250 offices around Sweden.
