Description
On 3 August 2011, car supplier Ymos filed for insolvency for six of its affiliates. 690 employees will lose their jobs (more than 300 in Ida-Oberstein and around 290 in Prenzlau). However, production is still running and the group hopes to sell off parts of the business. Furthermore, one site in Gütersloh with 60 employees will be closed and the production transferred to another location.
