European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 30 June 2011, Luxembourg-based construction company Pedinotti & Cie filed for insolvency and 105 employees lost their job as of July. Trade unions OGBL and LCGB took contact with other firms within the sector regarding a possible takeover of some of the staff and there is said to be a chance that 50% of the employees will be taken over.
