Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
B2S group's call centre in Chalon-sur-Saône will recruit 150 employees between mid-August and mid-September. The site of Chalon-sur-Saône has already created 41 jobs since January.
The company has concluded a partnership with the public employment service (Pôle Emploi) for this recruitment; the company intends to develop a method to recruit unskilled jobseekers based on their abilities and capacities.
The company has a "corporate social responsibility" label and seeks to recruit people who dropped out of the labour market. With a total workforce of 4,000, B2S group operates six calls centres in France and another three in Morocco.
