US software firm Red Hat has announced the creation of 150 new jobs with the expansion of its technology centre in Brno. As of July 2011 there is no precise information on the timeline of this job creation.
The company has obtained a CZK 100 million grant from European funds to boost employment in the IT sector. Set up in 2006, the centre currently employs 300 people.
