Description
On 21 April 2011, car parts supplier ZF Friedrichshafen announced the creation of 2,000 jobs in Germany throughout 2011. The company is coming out of the recession and it is now recording rising sales (12.9 billion euro for 2010).
The job creation in Germany is part of a worldwide expansion strategy. ZF has also stated the intention to create a total of 5,000 new jobs on a global scale.
The company currently employs some 40,000 people in Germany and over 64,000 worldwide.
